Bashir urges Darfur rebels to seek peace after leader killed
KHARTOUM (Reuters) – Sudan’s President Omar Hassan al-Bashir on Saturday urged fighters of one of the most powerful rebel groups in Darfur to lay down its weapons and seek peace with the government after its leader was killed.
